After 15 years in the corporate world as a Project/Client Manager for high-profile clients, Serena decided to follow her soul's calling and dedicate herself to supporting others on their healing and spiritual journeys.
Serena's holistic journey began early at the age of 7 in her mother’s therapeutic school where she was immersed in the teachings of reflexology, cupping, and various massage techniques. These early experiences provided her with support during a challenging time in her life. As she navigated adulthood, Serena faced numerous trials that would test one's strength and it was during this time, that Serena's spiritual calling and path opened. A pivotal moment in her life was during her yoga practice where peace and calm washed over her as she laid in śavāsana. This sparked her passion for helping others to achieve that same tranquility. It was then that Serena chose to pursue professional training, completing a 200-hour yoga teacher training, followed by a 300-hour YTT, along with Reiki, and sound practitioner training. She is deeply passionate about utilizing these holistic practices to foster healing and well-being while also enriching her own spiritual journey and that of others. As a dedicated student of holistic healing, she is about sharing her insights and experiences with others, guiding them on their healing paths.
